Brian conducts his bed bug heater rental business very personable, also being professional & explicit in instruction of how to. If you have any questions he has the answer. The equipment he owns it in great shape from being well maintained. He even goes so far as to replace all extention cords periodically due to the extreme loads they carry every time they’re used. The machines, cords, supplies are laid out neatly at pickup so you know exactly what all you’re getting even at a glance. He also includes a bottle of powder that should be used to prevent recurrence. There is NO QUESTION that this method, & these machines work.
